We help your people find themselves…
Wellbeing in the Wilderness was essentially set up by Thomas Duncan Bell, Geoff McDonald and Simon Albert, when they saw a need for more wellbeing activity that relates back to nature.
Combined, Thomas & Geoff have spent over four decades working in the mental health space. Whether that be working for and advising some of the biggest brands in the world on how to do mental health well, running events, speaking to thousands of people about how to live more sustainably happy lives, or writing.
Simon has been running the company Charity Challenge for over 25 years, working as an all-inclusive ATOL protected tour operator to support businesses in raising money for their chosen charities through team challenges and activity-based team building events, and has seen the positive impact that this has had on the people attending his events and their overall wellbeing.
Together the three decided to develop a series of challenges around the world that included wellbeing workshops, expert speakers and psychological specialists, to motivate and guide people towards better overarching mental wellbeing.
Utilising their various skills, the team are now working with major brands to empower their people and change their lives for the better forever, reducing absenteeism, improving morale and bringing people together in a way that is simply not possible in the average workplace.
Working with Wellbeing in the Wilderness you will be able to select from a range of expedition leaders with varying backgrounds and define what your challenge looks like and what values you want your people to envelope when they travel with us.
We offer various options to cover costs, that range from challenges subsidised by our clients, through to part subsidised challenges, or challenges that are championed by our clients and subsidised by those employees who want to invest in themselves, so there is always an option available to afford your company the opportunity to work with us, even with little or no budget available.
